✅ SMFCL Remuneration:
✔️ Chief Manager (E-6): ₹ 90,000-2,40,000 (IDA) + DA, HRA/lease, perks, PRP, PF, NPS, gratuity, medical facilities.
✔️ Manager (E-4): ₹ 70,000-2,00,000 (IDA) + allowances.
✔️ Assistant Manager (E-2): ₹ 50,000-1,60,000 (IDA) + allowances.
✅ SMFCL Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit (as on 04/08/2025):
✔️ Chief Manager (E-6): Maximum 47 years.
✔️ Manager (E-4): Maximum 40 years.
✔️ Assistant Manager (E-2): Maximum 35 years.
Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD/Ex-servicemen as per Govt. of India directives.
✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
(1) Chief Manager (IT, E-6): B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science (60% marks) with 13 years’ executive experience.
(2) Chief Manager (Legal, E-6): Full-time LLB (3 years) or 5-year integrated Law degree (first division) with 13 years’ executive experience.
(3) Manager (Projects, E-4): B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical (60% marks), desirable MBA/ PGDM in Finance, with 7 years’ executive experience.
(4) Manager (Finance & Accounts, E-4): CA/ ICWA with 7 years’ executive experience.
(5) Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts, E-2): CA/ ICWA with 4 years’ executive experience.
