NLC Jobs 2025 for Managers Qualification & Experience Required:
- Educational Requirement: Relevant Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields for Managerial positions. Intermediate/Matriculation or technical diploma for support roles such as Technicians, Field Supervisors, and Office Attendants.
- Experience: Candidates must possess prior professional experience in their relevant fields. For Managerial posts, at least 3–5 years of experience in IT/Business/Network/Software Development is required.
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years (as per job category).
- Additional Skills: Strong communication, technical expertise, and leadership skills will be considered an advantage.
